I went in with severe neck and back pain and had a lot of muscle knots and tension. The therapist SOMA did an amazing job releasing all the tight knots with great technique and care. I could feel the difference immediately after the session — my pain reduced significantly, my movement became much better, and my body feels so relaxed now. Feeling so good after the massage. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with stiffness, stress, or body pain!
